Guided by the theme “Hataw: Lakas-Pwersa,” the session emphasized the importance of moving with trustworthiness, speed, and confidence to serve our valued clients. The theme reflected ORIX METRO’s collective response to the realities and challenges encountered during the first half of FY2026. While the year started on a strong and positive note, external disruptions and local challenges affected operations, momentum, and overall performance. “Lakas-Pwersa” served as a call for the organization to regroup, realign, and move forward with strength and precision, highlighting that despite the changing environment, our ability to respond together remains our greatest strength.
