ORIX METRO held its annual ORIX METRO Business, Innovation and Talents Summit (ORBITS 2026) at Fairmont Makati. The two-day summit brought together leaders and teams to align on business performance, digital transformation, and the strategic direction of the organization.
ORIX METRO’s theme for ORBITS 2026 is HATAW, symbolizing the company’s next-level strategy in accelerating digitalization, innovation, and human empowerment across the organization. Building on the momentum of ORBITS 2025: SULONG, HATAW reflects ORIX METRO’s commitment to move with greater speed, purpose, and execution as we continue transforming the business, strengthening our people, and creating meaningful impact for our clients, partners, and communities.
Day 1 - Hataw Business Updates

ORBITS 2026: HATAW Day 1 reminded us at ORIX METRO that we are more than finance. President Angelo Padua, highlighted that our “Why” is to be the engine of the Philippine economy, to empower businesses to grow, and to create impact beyond numbers. His message challenged us to take ownership, embrace challenges, and lead with purpose as we shape the future of the company and the communities we serve.
The summit then featured HATAW Business Updates, including Financial Highlights and Target Projections, Marketing Performance Updates, and updates from subsidiaries ORIX Rental Corporation, the OMLF Insurance Agency, and OMLF International Trading and Development Corporation. We also shared HATAW – Todo Supporta Updates and Plans from Support Units: Operations Group, Credit Group, and Human Resources Management Division, highlighting operational efficiency, risk management, and leadership development. These sessions reflected how each unit contributes to delivering results, driving growth, and empowering our clients and teams.

Day 2 – Project NXT Updates / MVV Launched
On Day 2 of ORBITS 2026: Hataw, anchored on the theme Powered by Technology, Driven by People, we highlighted how ORIX METRO continues to embrace digital transformation with people at its core. The day opened with meaningful conversations through an Inspirational Talk that challenged how we think about work,
leadership, and life with content creator Crissy “Crissy Talks HR” Rollan. We held our Digital Transformation Forum and shared key updates on Project NXT, showing how we are strengthening our digital capabilities, processes, and people to deliver better experiences for our clients and partners. ORBITS 2026 marked an important milestone with the official launch of our new Mission, Vision and Values, our North Star that guides everything we do and sets the direction for how we grow, evolve, and create impact. Through these moments and milestones, we were reminded that while technology powers the future, it is our people who truly drive transformation.
