ORIX METRO Brings Hope to Families in Sarangani
ORIX METRO, in partnership with International Care Ministries (ICM), distributed nutritious meal packs to 564 families across the Blaan, T’boli, Ilocano, and Bisaya communities. The recipients, whose livelihoods depend on farming (coconut, banana, corn, and vegetables), charcoal making, and fishing, received relief at a critical time of need.
These meal packs were prepared during ORIX METRO’s 47th-anniversary meal-packing event last year and were handed out through coordinated efforts with ICM volunteers. The activity underscores ORIX METRO’s ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and its drive to create lasting, positive change in underserved areas.
This initiative was made possible through the valuable support of General Santos Branch Head Ehrich M. Sanchez and CI/Appraiser Jeffrey V. Villaruel. With this outreach, ORIX METRO reaffirms its dedication to supporting community welfare and bringing hope to families facing economic challenges.
