Turning ORIX METRO’s Malasakit into Lifesaving Impact
Driven by Malasakit and a shared commitment to help others, ORIX METRO once again stepped forward to donate blood and give hope to those in need. Each donation represents a second chance, another birthday celebrated, another family kept whole, or another patient given renewed strength.
During the ORIX METRO 3Q FY 2026 Blood Donation Drive, a total of 10.08 liters of blood were collected, enough to potentially save up to 69 lives. Conducted in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross, the initiative supports the urgent need for blood among dengue patients, cancer patients, and individuals requiring immediate medical care nationwide.
As of this year, ORIX METRO has contributed a cumulative total of 22.05 liters of donated blood, equivalent to an estimated 147 lives saved based on Philippine Red Cross benchmarks. Through initiatives like this, ORIX METRO continues to extend Malasakit across its communities, creating meaningful impact and supporting communities through life-saving acts of generosity.
