ORIX Rental Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary and a VAT-registered company engaged in the business of operating leases of motor vehicles, computers, office equipment and selected manufacturing equipment.

OMLF Insurance Agency, Inc
Established in the early 80s, OMLF Insurance Agency, Inc. (OIA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance Corp. (OMLFC).
OIA was created primarily to cater to the loan and lease insurance requirements of the ORIX METRO Group clients.
OIA is a licensed insurance agent by the Insurance Commission representing reputable insurers of the industry.

OMLF International Trading and Development Corporation
OITDC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ORIX METRO Leasing & Finance Corporation established on September 25, 1986.
OITDC is primarily engaged in operating lease of real properties including warehouses, plant buildings, and open spaces which can be used either as parking, storage, or container yard with its facilities.

Our Journey
Laying the Foundation
ORIX METRO was incorporated in June 1977 as Consolidated ORIX Leasing and Finance Corporation and was granted the authority to operate as a finance company in July 1977. Its first-ever branch was opened in Cebu in September 1980.
New Partnerships
In the year 2000, Metrobank became the joint venture partner of ORIX Corporation and renamed the Company to ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance Corporation to reflect the change in ownership. The merger was able to leverage on the international reputation of ORIX Corporation and the extensive market reach of Metrobank through its numerous branch offices nationwide.
Nationwide Expansion
As of May 2023, ORIX METRO has a total of 98 branches all over the country. The Company’s expansion in the countryside, where about 90 percent of its branches are located, addressed the growing financing needs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the provinces.
